Advancements in Coatings - (PPT)

摘要

Recent ecoat formulation developments, focused on improved throw power and self-limiting film build technology, are resulting in commercial ecoat products that better penetrate hard-to-coat areas and densely-racked parts. This latest generation of ecoat allows the applicator to realize reduced dwell times, reduced film build differential from the outside to the inside of the rack, and overall reduced material usage, while maintaining outstanding corrosion protection, film properties and cure response. The technology and the advantages and savings that can be gained from it are discussed.
