One of the modem methods of attracting students to the process of learning new content is the formulation of the problem, the development of the solution algorithm by students using the necessary software. One-dimensional quantum mechanical problems allow a fairly simple mathematical description. This allows effectively apply its solution algorithms with the help of common programming languages and modem computing packages. In particular, the dynamics of changes in the thermal radiation parameters, retention of particles in potential wells with different shapes, passage and reflection from potential barriers, tunneling of microparticles, etc. can be clearly illustrated. The article presents the results of mathematical modeling of a number of quantum mechanics problems using MATLAB, MathCAD, and Borland Delphi programming language. There are demonstrated program algorithms, graphical representation of the results obtained, the ability to visualize the results of solving physical problems. The developed visualization programs can be used as a visual illustrative material during studying the course of quantum mechanics.
