Influence of Research and Development Activities on Professional Performance of Aerospace Students

The article studies a significant impact of research activities of aerospace students on the success of their professional activities in the future. The initial information was the data of students of Mytischi Branch of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Along with the evaluation of research activities, the academic performance and characterological parameters were studied. Selection of parameters was carried out on the basis of methods of the possibility theory. Since all characteristics are qualitative (nonnumerical), a fuzzy regression analysis was chosen for the study and linguistic variables - for data formalization. The initial information of the fuzzy regression model is the values of linguistic variables, which are operated with on the basis of belonging functions defined on a single universal environment.
