Chemical synthesis of U snRNA containing TMG cap derivatives

摘要

Uridine-rich small nuclear RNAs (U snRNAs) are the important molecules involved in the splicing reactions in the nucleus of eukaryotic cells. It was also found that U snRNAs should be useful molecules for downregulation of gene expression and splicing regulation for gene therapy.
