Preparation of Lipid Bilayer Membrane Supported by Micro Honeycomb Porous Film

摘要

A liposome, which is an artificial spherical lipid vesicle, has been explored for models of cell membranes as well as such applications as medicine and pharmacy. Although various techniques for immobilizing liposome on solid substrate have been successfully achieved, it is difficult to assemble a liposome array as a multicellular tissue due to fluidity and fragility of lipid membrane.
