Development of Solvatochromic Fluorophores for Turn-on Fluorescent Labeling of Lysine Residues

Fluorescent labeling is a powerful method to study biomolecules. Solvatochromic fluorophores which are highly sensitive to the surrounding environments are useful in investigating interactions and conformational change of labeled molecules.
