Engineering ethics is essentially a practical ethics, each project from concept design to project implementation includes ethics components which cannot be split. This paper sorts out the major ethical problems in the practice of engineering, including security, effectiveness evaluation, ecological and ethical issues, public rights, conflict of interest issues. And it points out the causes of these problems: the uncertainty of the engineering practice, the complexity of the engineering practice, the bounded rationality of the practice subject. Finally, the strategy on ethical issues in the engineering practice are proposed: first, launching the engineering ethics education and improving the quality of engineers; secondly, establishing a coordination mechanism of interests and information disclosure mechanism in the engineering practice; thirdly, instilling ethics into the engineering practice; fourthly, increasing the legislation and regulation of the engineering practice.
