The economic and social development issues on school abolishing and merging

The school abolishing and merging policy is good to improving the efficiency and quality of education in primary and secondary schools. And it has more and more influence on economic and social development. It is providing not only a number of development opportunities but also some new challenges. We analyzed the relationship among the school abolishing and merging, finance, taxation, urbanization, industrial structure and other social development issues and collected a lot of data. Then we given some suggestion to resolve these problems.
