摘要

Visual method is a traditional method for testing the coating geometry dimensions of tower profiles. But the detection precision of this method is low and the result can't objective reflect the truth. A geometric dimension and quality control system for detecting tower profiles quality which is depended on multi-level MCM (multi-context map) method is developed in this paper. After testing the coating geometry dimensions, the results are timely reflected to the competent department and the safety issues which were caused by coating quality of the tower profiles is effectively avoided.
