Research on measures and actions of energy conservation and emission reduction

摘要

China's energy conservation and emissions reduction implementation process has faced many barriers, especially financial barriers. Through the survey research, financial problems have been analyzed and several relevant measures have been proposed. Meanwhile, a case study for an innovative Financial Intermediation Loan patterns of energy efficiency and emission reduction project in one province of China has been done. Based on the exploration of Chinese energy conservation and emissions reduction measures, the aim of the paper is to find effective ways to improve the energy consumption, and promote the energy conservation and emissions reduction to a sustainable development.
