Strengthening journal construction of higher institution to improve Qinhuangdao City's soft cultural power

Journal of Handan College, Journal of Hengshui University and Journal of Huizhou University's outstanding contribution to improving local soft cultural power, provided indisputable evidences for improving local soft cultural power by strengthening journal construction of higher institution, also proved the feasibility and scientificity to improve Qinhuangdao City's soft cultural power by strengthening journal construction of higher institution. Thus Qinhuangdao City should give full play to journals' oriented and promotion functions of higher institutions, exploit Qinhuangdao City's cultural resources, establish feature columns, improve residents' overall qualities, popularize environmental protection ideas, so as to make contribution to Qinhuangdao City's garden and ecological type modern seaboard city and state environmental protection model city construction.
