摘要

This paper establish the appropriate model of typical residential building by using computational fluid dynamics software airpak.The energy utilization factor indoor under natural ventilation is greater than 1 in variety of conditions and higher than mechanical ventilation.The inlet air temperature has a direct impact on energy utilization factor; energy utilization factor is lower when the inlet air temperature is in line with the human thermal comfort index,when the inlet air temperature does not comply with the human thermal comfort index higher energy utilization factor.It can be seen that the crossflow ventilation is better; indoor air short-circuit does not form.The overall air flow is relatively smooth.
