Behavioral game model for unexpected water-related disaster emergency management based on centipede game

摘要

This paper suggest the utility of cooperation in the emergency management of water disaster, and build a behavioral game model for emergency management of water disaster based on the centipede game. On this basis, this paper introduces the concept of player's collective action area of cooperation, and reveals that the player's utilities of cooperative actions determine the variation of cooperative action area. The Model results show that the mean level of the player's cooperation utility will rise proportionately to their sustained cooperative action.
