Factor Analysis on Influence Factors of Campus Express Service Satisfaction Degree Based on SPSS Statistical Analysis Software

The thesis has mainly studied the influence factors of campus express service satisfaction degree. Through investigation, the author has chosen indexes in accordance with the real situation of the campus express service at Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University. Then the author has transformed the indexes chosen into the questionnaire. The author has carried out the investigation through the questionnaire by taking all college students at Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University as samples. The author has adopted the factor analysis method and established the factor analysis model by means of SPSS software for the purpose of calculating the factor score and finding out the influence factors influencing the campus express service satisfaction. The author has then concluded that the professional services provided by the express staff, delivery speed and price level have great effect on the campus express services. The author has finally proposed reasonable suggestions on the campus express service from these three aspects in order to enable teachers and students in the university to enjoy the campus express service with higher quality.
