The Construction of the Education Mode of “Household Contract Responsibility System” in Independent Colleges Under the Background of Big Data

The transformation of independent colleges, under the background of big data, are facing free development and fierce competition. Whether they can develop independently has an important relationship with the establishment of education mode. The conception of the education mode of “household contract responsibility system” is helpful to decrease the burden of independent colleges for transformation and to stimulate the staff's self driving force, so as to produce multiple effects of promoting education, production and efficiency. From the theoretical analysis and research value of “household contract responsibility system”, this paper discusses the principle of “household contract responsibility system”, and constructs the framework of the teaching mode of “household contract responsibility system” which implements “teaching execution” and “practice execution” under the management of president of the college, analyzes its application scope and operation management mechanism, and provides reference for the transformation and development.
