CONSTRUCTION OF ECOLOGICAL MODEL OF COLLEGE PHYSICAL EDUCATION UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

In order to promote college students' physical and mental health, personality development and cultivate students' innovative consciousness and creative ability, this paper studies the construction of college physical education ecological mode under the background of health and environmental protection. In view of the current situation of the reform and development of physical education in Colleges and universities, this paper integrates and innovates the current physical education teaching mode, and constructs the "ecological physical education" teaching mode by using the multi-disciplinary knowledge of pedagogy, ecology, psychology and so on. In this paper, the ecological principle of integrity, dynamic principle, systematic principle and difference principle into the process of college physical education. This paper attempts to comprehensively reflect on the current college physical education teaching mode from the perspective of ecology, and reform and improve the current physical education teaching mode. The results show that the innovation and optimisation of college physical education teaching mode from the ecological perspective should adhere to the guiding ideology of lifelong physical education and the all-round development of human beings, and formulate the purpose of college physical education teaching. We should enrich college sports, increase national traditional sports, attach importance to the teaching of sports theory and methodology, and create a sports atmosphere to optimise college sports teaching content.
