With the development of society, education has received more and more attention, especially the training of professional talents in higher vocational education has made great progress. However, due to the large shortage of applied talents and technical talents, future education research should pay more attention to cultivating more professional and practical talents. Therefore, according to the OBE concept of the preschool training model for higher vocational talents, the improvement countermeasures are proposed in the paper to find practical problems in the training of professional skilled talents in higher vocational education and raise improvement plans that meet the actual needs of the current society, so that the training of skilled talents can be strengthened. Moreover, based on the reformed curriculum design, the practical evaluation is designed. In addition, the significance of the preschool training of professional and skilled talents in higher vocational education is summarized as well.
