A Study on the Training Mode of Preschool Education Talents in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

In the age of artificial intelligence (AI), it is imperative to reform the talent training mode of preschool education. In the face of the opportunities and challenges of AI, the cultivation of preschool talents should advance with the times. In this paper, the contents of preschool educator training in the university are studied, the shortcomings of preschool educator training in the AI era are explored, and the modes for colleges to foster preschool educators for the society are studied. The author puts forward such solutions as optimizing AI technology and the curriculum knowledge structure related to preschool education and optimizing the talent training and teaching methods.
