Professional skills of teachers in creating quality learning greatly determine the success of education as a whole. The quality of learning depends very much on the professional abilities of the teacher, especially in providing students with the ease of learning effectively and efficiently. Syaodih (1998) suggests that teachers play a significant role both in planning and implementing the curriculum. He further stated that teachers are planners, implementers and curriculum developers for their classes. The teacher will use ways to choose learning activities that will be used during the learning process. In this case the teacher will choose the learning activities that will be used during the healthy reproduction learning process. The election is conducted by considering the situation and conditions, learning resources, needs and characteristics of students faced in order to achieve learning goals of healthy reproduction. The teacher plays a role in fostering and fostering the students' knowledge and understanding of the important issues of healthy reproduction behavior from an early age. According to UNESCO: Early childhood education is defined as a period of life from birth to age 8 (eight) years, a defining time and in developing a child's brain, these years are the initial foundation in the learning phase. Based on the description, therefore the purpose of this study was to determine the ability of elementary school teachers in grades 1 (one) to 3 (three) in informing healthy reproduction to their students.
