Construction of Evaluation Index System of Large Scientific Research Instruments and Equipment Sharing in Chinese Universities

In order to solve the phenomenon of the low level of scientific research instruments and equipment utilization and sharing, the state council issued "Opinions on the opening of major national scientific research infrastructure and large scientific research instruments to the public" in 2014. And the universities has also formulated relevant regulations and measures for the sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment. The sharing of large scientific research instruments and equipment has been promoted. In order to guide the sharing work in colleges and universities, a feasible sharing evaluation a feasible sharing evaluation system is urgently needed at present. Taking full account of the differences between different universities' equipment, the evaluation system is composed of two parts: the overall evaluation of legal entities and the evaluation of single equipment. There are 4 first-level indicators, 9 second-level indicators and 22 third-level indicators for the evaluation of legal entities.
