摘要

This study aims to empirically prove the effect of procedural justice, distributive justice and interactional justice on employee performance after being mediated by organizational commitment. In this study, 160 employees of PT BPR Pembangunan Kerinci were used by the census method. In this study, the analytical method used is Structural Equation Model which is processed using AMOS. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted found that procedural justice, distributive justice and interactional justice directly influence the performance of PT Bank Pembangunan Kerinci employees.
