Employment guidance course for college students is very practical. At present, many teaching methods are difficult to meet the actual needs of students. In order to design a career-guidance course for students to gain a strong sense of employment, we have completed the survey of enthusiasts, heavy users, extreme users and early users by means of Design Thinking method. In this paper, empathy is used to understand the interviewees' real feelings and needs, KANO model analysis method is adopted to evaluate creative ideas, curriculum reform prototype is established, and the means of comparative experimental analysis is adopted to test the effect of curriculum reform. It can be concluded that the Thinking method has many advantages; it is practical in educational reform and has important practical significance.
