摘要

The purpose of the article is to study the legal aspect of labor activities of the persons working with information on other employees or implementing or using information technologies in their professional activities and to determine the perspective of regal regulation of their labor. The leading approaches to studying this problem are the method of legal analysis and direct and systemic treatment of legal norms. The results: labor of this category of persons should be regulated with special legal norms and controlled by employer with the help of information compliance, i.e., the system of measures for preventing the employer's violating the law in the system of information protection. Increasing the employer's image, information compliance should be conducted as to HR and accounting - for their execution of labor functions is within the area of compliance risks.
