Safety Design Integrity Review for Aged Oil and Gas Facilities

摘要

This paper proposes new methodology for the safety design integrity review on aged oil and gas facilities, in order to overcome the difficulties and limitations when the conventional safety design review methods are used for the aged facilities. The new method and the outcomes applied to an existing aged facility are introduced in this paper.
