Study on Application of Power Amplifier for I-V Characteristic

This paper introduces the I-V characteristic, the measuring principle of ferroelectric materials, and three modules in the hardware of measuring system. These three modules include a measuring module, a detecting and attenuating module, and an A/D converter module. The measuring module includes a signal generator, an equalizer, a buffer, a power amplifier, and a high-voltage generator. The voltage and the frequency of the impulse signals in the measuring module can be continuously regulated to a certain extent. The DC power amplifier in the measuring module is investigated and the response frequency is from 0.07 to 100kHz.
