Under the new situations, the work of the grassroots management education has put forward a series of new challenges. At the same time, it puts forward many new requirements to the management quality of the company level cadres. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the management quality of the company level cadres, analyzes the causes and puts forward the solutions.
