Boundary Conditions for the Cauchy Potential for Two-dimensional Hyperbolic Equations

In this paper we consider the question of the boundary conditions of the volume potential for a two-dimensional linear hyperbolic operator. These boundary conditions describe the long-known in theoretical physics effect of "transparent boundary conditions", skipping the outgoing waves and reflecting the incoming waves.
