Because of the continuous development of education in our country, the teacher's teaching ability has been improved. The teaching ability of teachers is an important factor for the construction and development of colleges and universities. In the era of rapid development of information technology, college education has become an indispensable part of social development. And the teaching level of teachers has a great influence on the quality of teaching. It is the foundation of steady development and training high quality talents in Colleges and universities.
