Due to our successful Industrial Beta Site Test: Our SILKEN BOND process is ready for the next step! End of June a production line with 2.000 L etch volume for automotive application will be started. Adhesion values are similar to parts processed with conventional chrome sulfuric etch. The tendency to rack plating has been eliminated. The process is not hygroscopic. The process operates with the lowest amount of Permanganate (0,3 g/l) compared to other chrome free etch technologies in the market today.
