Guangdong Ocean University aims to cultivate high-quality professionals and elites with international vision and social responsibility, with autonomous learning ability, practical ability and innovative spirit. The university is fully implementing the spirit of Chinese President Xi Jinping's important speech on inspecting Guangdong, sticking to "taking undergraduate education as the foundation, implementing four returns, developing first-rate majors, and constructing topping undergraduate education" work ethic in the New Era, deepening the educational reform with a high sense of responsibility, and with a spirit of racing against time.
