EVIDENCE-BASED TREATMENTS FOR FELINE GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASE

Gastrointestinal disease is common in the cat. Despite this, there are surprisingly few studies that provide scientific evidence to support the efficacy of treatments commonly chosen for medical management of these patients. In this presentation we will discuss key mainstays of therapy in cats with chronic enteropathy for which published evidence for efficacy or non-efficacy can be found.
