Geology of the Fire Creek Exploration Project-Low-Sulfidation Epithermal Bonanza Gold-Silver Deposit, Lander County, Nevada, USA

The Fire Creek gold-silver deposit was discovered in 1967 as the result of the tenacious efforts of several teams during numerous exploration campaigns. The project is currently fully owned by Klondex Mines Ltd. (all entities hereafter referred to as "Klondex"), the Vancouver based parent company of Klondex Gold and Silver Mining Company operating in Elko, Nevada. Fire Creek is Klondex's flagship project. Klondex has updated the 2013 National Instrument (NI) 43-101 resource estimate of 295,900 Au ounces (9,203 kg) measured and indicated and 421,400 inferred Au ounces (13,070.5 kg) with a cut-off grade of 6.90 g/t Au (Odell et al., 2013) by the 2014 NI 43-101 (see www.klondexmines.com). Led by a strong and experienced team of managers and scientists, growth has been steady at Fire Creek in the last three years. A significant portion of the growth has been in understanding the deposit's geology, and that has contributed to Fire Creek's successful development. The Klondex team has taken a 35-year-old company from a junior exploration group to a growing precious metal producer with two producing sites and a processing facility.
