The tracking error analysis of a weld seam tracking follower system

摘要

In the course of robot welding operations, the CCD camera, in a Seam Tracking servo system, with its position orientated accurately in the area, directly determines the data accuracy of image processing. It becomes the decisive factor affecting the welding process. The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the impact factors of the errors resulting from the CCD camera's position and orientation in the welding area.
