Deconstructing research of strategic value of corporate ecological responsibility

摘要

Achievement of goals for energy saving and emission reduction depends on the enterprise which can better undertake responsibility. Undertaking ecological responsibility can bring to enterprise strategic value. This paper discusses strategic value of enterprises based on the theory of core stakeholders. Strategic value was created by enterprises of undertaking ecological responsibility, which can be deconstructed as customer value, shareholder value and employee value.
