摘要

This paper presents an analytical, descriptive and statistical study of the determination of stress in the back muscles when lifting and mobilizing patients in a clinical-hospital setting, especially in intensive care rooms and hospitalization. The extent of exposure to risk factors associated with the occurrence of musculoskeletal injuries in the hospital sector exceeds the criteria defined as safe at local, national and international levels for biomechanical indicators for spine and upper limb (posture, force and motion). As a conclusion of this study, no significant differences were found between the use or not of mechanical aids. It has been found that the ergonomic methods implemented in hospitals have a positive impact on biomechanical indicators for spine and upper limb.
