Based on the related theory and literatures, this research brings up a relational model about psychological contract's impact to managers' performance. Then a questionnaire survey has been conducted to collect data, and the variables' correlation and the impact degree in all dimensions are analyzed by statistical methods. Besides, it has conducted in-depth study on the impact path. The study shows there is positive and a direct correlativity between psychology contract, emotional commitment, and job satisfaction as well as job performance; psychology contract has significantly positive effects on job performance; emotional commitment and job satisfaction hold a media-function toward psychology contract's impact on job performance. In the end, we propose suggestions about director of management staff's psychology contract.
