Access to Russian Historical Archives

摘要

This article explores several most important archives in Russian Federation and discusses influences of the archival law of 2004 on using Russian historical archives.Firstly, it's very necessary for most Chinese researchers to understand clearly the regulations of archival administration and overall archival organization in Russian Federation.Secondly, The State Archive of the Russian Federation and The Central Archive of the Russian Ministry of Defense are key archival holdings for Chinese researchers.Thirdly, Federal Law On Archive of the Russian Federation has important influence on using Russian historical archives.
