In this paper, the performance of CCHP with optimal operation were investigated, and the impact of the time-use-price were analyzed. The results shown that the operation cost can be obviously save with optimal operation strategy than the HET strategies. The main reason to reduce const is more power generation by the generator, it means that the generator efficiency is higher, so the primary energy ratio got obvious improvement and carbon dioxide emissions are also reduced in optimal operation. The TOU can reduce the operation cost, and induce more purchasing electricity of CCHP in peak-off period. But the primary energy ratio almost did not improve, and carbon dioxide emissions increased in the TOU case.
