This study is designed to investigate the effect of observable behavior variable in keeping fitness whena woman exercises physically, and to develop a recommended model for keeping fitness. Two hundred and sixstudents were selected randomly among Airlangga University students who join physical fitness program. Theresults showed that knowledge and attitude affected directly woman’s behavior, while woman’s behavioraffected woman’s fitness. Moreover, knowledge was related to woman’s values of physical exercise, whileattitude was related to positive response to the benefit of physical exercise. Behavior affected fitness directly. Itwas concluded that three observable variables were related to model for woman’s behavior in keeping fitness.
