PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a behavior/physical strength evaluation apparatus, behavior/physical strength evaluation method, and program capable of further simply and highly accurately estimating behavior and physical strength.SOLUTION: A behavior/physical strength evaluation apparatus 100 includes an estimation part for estimating values related to behavior/physical strength on the basis of at least one selected from a group of a capacitance, a reactance, a characteristic frequency, and a phase angle of a membrane obtained by a bioelectric impedance method.
