摘要

Geometrical product specification tools based on the ISO standards are in the dynamic state of change and improvement through the globalization in production and the rapid development of machines and measuring techniques. However, some specifications may have different interpretations and there are no tools to specify the measurement conditions and define the calculation methods. This paper develops a three-dimensional representation of dynamic tolerance diagram and introduces an algorithm of specifications inspection. The approach involves both interpretation and inspection and can solve complex cases with a maximum material requirement.
