Measurement tools of life quality developed by OECD and the European Union

摘要

Living standards of population issues play an important role in macroeconomic calculations and analyzes. Knowledge and analysis of population welfare requires the calculation of synthetic indicators in order to express the level, structure, evolution of living standards of the population and international comparisons of these indicators. The study, presented in this article addresses two working instruments developed by the OECD and the EU to analyze the system of indicators that allow a more accurate assessment of the population welfare, taking into account the goals of a modern and sustainable society.
