The ore is a kind of mixed ore mainly with fluorite, which contains quartz, calcite, feldspar and sericite, belong to silicate-fluorite-calcite type ore. The content of calcite in the fluorite ore of Suichang is 5.4%. According to the characteristic of mineral, flotation tests have been done to separate fluorite. The test results show that it is difficult to separate fluorite from suichang's ore because of similar floatability of fluorite and calcite. This experiment mainly studied the joint technics on floatation and leaching. The results indicate that fluorite grade of 90.93% and recyle rate of 85.26% could be gained by KY-108 as a collector, sodium silicate and sodium humate as depressant. High grade fluorite concentrate which contains CaF_2 over 97.81%, SiO_2 and CaCO_3 less than 1.5% can be acquired by using leaching process, and the overall recovery of CaF_2 in floatation and leaching is over 85.20%.
