摘要

The addition of CNC to some polymer solutions leads to an increase of the viscosity. There exists a critical concentration, above which an apparent yield stress is observed. The viscoelastic results indicate that a 3-D dimensional network is formed between polymer molecules and CNC particles above the critical concentration. The synergistic thickening behavior between CNC and some polymers exhibits potential applications in many areas.
