It is possible to use wet pressing to dewater composite papers with 20% MNFC. With long enough press pulses. In-situ PCC process can be used to control the composite microstructure. Tailoring material properties. No difference between 1 and 2 passes in composite properties. Wet pressing efficiency decreased considerably with fluidization, but could be improved with low level of in-situ PCC on the MNFC.
