The increase of the volume of containerized goods in the worldwide trade imposes the need for the analysis and improvement of all aspects of container transport logistic chains, and therefore also the organization of inland intermodal terminals and the mechanization for reloading of containers from ships (barges), trains and trucks. This paper analyzes the crane scheduling for the reloading of containers from / to trains at inland intermodal terminals. In order to find the exact solution for container reloading from / to a train, a branch and bound method was developed.
