PURPOSE: A schedule plan establishment method for considering a range of task completion time of a resident company and task completion time of a crane for loading and unloading of railroad goods in a container terminal is provided to effectively establish a task plan for a container task and equipment management. CONSTITUTION: The most minimal solution of adding ranges of task completion time of a crane and task completion time of a resident company is determined as an initial solution(S100). The best solution is determined among a plurality of neighbor solutions which is generated through an exchange method(S200). A schedule plan of a loading or unloading task of the crane is established by the best solution(S300).
