Legislative Study of Feasible Capacity of the Poor in the Lowest Social Security System

摘要

Many deficiencies exist in China's lowest social security system. The current system simply helps the poor in hardship rather than remove the hardship itself. Legislative study of feasible ability is of great significance in the improvement of the lowest social security system and the social security system. The only way both to help the poor in hardship and remove the hardship itself is to explore multi-system of feasible capacity-building.
