Integrability of a family of 3-dim polynomial systems of ODE's

We study the problem of integrability for a family of three dimensional autonomous polynomial systems of ODE's. Necessary and some sufficient conditions for existence of two independent analytic first integrals for systems of the family are given. First integrals for some systems are explicitly found.
