摘要

This paper makes an analysis of three methods of layer depositing using ultrasound testing: flame spraying, atmospheric plasma spraying, arc spraying. This was done considering the property of the layers obtained in metalizing process: surface adhesion strength. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the fact that the ultrasound examination can be an important assessment tool for the properties of the interface base material- deposited material and for the comparative study of the deposits realized through different thermal spraying methods.
